Monday 17th June Great start to the week, a little chilly but the boys still managed to get 5 loads in.

Thursday Not so good skydiving weather today, only one load took to the skies, but it was a goodie.
Friday was much better, Funtastic in fact! Another beautiful day for skydiving. Tandems for today were Kylie Mitchell, Troy Troutman & Rhiannon Moir. New Student Tiago Wuersch completed Stage 1 of his AFF Course and Glenn Dudley did Stage 8. Charmaine celebrated her 400th jump with Maddog and crew, congrats. Matt Drew organised a Freefly/Angles get together and quite a few jumpers jumped at the chance to cash in on the cheap Funtastic Friday jump tickets. On ya Drewie!
On Saturday it was even better. Awesome weather again for skydiving. We had a busy Tandems day at the Drop Zone; We had “the Cooney’s” – Fay, Brogan, and Jaclyn, and “the Gerber’s” – Margaretha, Zehan and Sam, plus Danielle Richter, Helen Hemmings and Geeta Pickering, all doing a Tandem skydive to celebreate Fay’s 80th birthday. Also German Fred Schatten came back for a second Tandem with our German instructor Adrian. Tiago Wuersch powered through Stages 2, 3 and 4 of his AFF Course and Luke Henry completed Stages 7 & 8. Erik and Drewy took to the skies for more tracking jump fun. 11 fun filled skydiving loads took to the skies today.
Sunday was another beauty. Laurine Bescond, Genevieve Cheek and Tenielle Cooper came along for a Tandem skydive. Tiago Wuersch completed AFF Stages 5, 6, 7, and 8. Kurt cooper celebrated his 200th jump. The usual crew was here keeping the plane turning all day. Another 11 fun loads today too. Great end to another great week!
Bill, Just a note to say thanks to you mate for your continued support it was a great trip. I would also like to bring to your leadership teams attention the exceptional support provided by Andy who did the tandem jump with a great friend of mine, Julie. To say Julie was petrified on the lead up to the big day would be a huge understatement. I had my doubts that she would actually exit on the day. I put her decision to exit firmly in the hands of Andy who excelled in calming her down, reassuring her whilst having a bit of a laugh along the way. The manner in which he guided her through what was to her a daunting task was oustanding to watch. He should be commended not only for his flight skills but also his raport and interaction with the customer. I was not surprised to find out he had a military background. Ramblers should be proud to have such fine men on their books as you and Andy, Bill.
