On Monday 20th we did a few jumps.
The tandem Tuesday 21st was legendary Ron Thomas back from 40 years without a jump. Students Clarence Jean and Valerie Chia did Stages 6, 7 and 8 of their AFF Courses, and Mark Dineen did Stage 9 – completing his AFF!
Wednesday 22nd students Valerie Chia and Clarence Jean did Stage 9 – also completing their AFF Courses. Congratulations!
Rocking their Tandems on Thursday 23rd were Tamara Deacon, Nor Hafzan Mahdera, Nor Aizan Mehdera, and Kate Jackwitz jumping for her 18th. Happy Birthday Kate!
Friday 24th student Rene Hess did a refresher course, there were a few B-Rels and one DZ rarity – A WEDDING PROPOSAL!!!
Tandems Saturday 25th were Robyn Dillon, Rory Longden and Jake Buhk. Students Jacob & Michael Howkins, & Andrew Petrusma did Stage 1 of their AFF Courses while Chris Te Rath did a refresher jump.
Sunday 26th was grounded with some much needed rain!!!

That was the most exciting adrenalin rush I have ever had. It was made so easy by the staff and those who jumped at the same time as I did. Not only did I feel included, but the genuine friendly nature of the people in that plane dissolved any nerves I had. What was so invigorating to see, was the eagerness of all to get out of the plane with no hesitation. Now: to the guy who took me as a Tandem, Tye, I know this man personally and wanted to jump with him. That never distracted from the professionalism shown and practiced by this Tandem Master. You made it easy and fun and beyond that safe. You are one top notch flier and I will jump again with you should I ever decide to do it again. Thank you so much everyone.
