Yahoo it’s Newsletter Time, for the week starting Monday 15th January. Our pilot Eloise’s pilot mate, Travis Rozario, came to say hi and do a tandem and got more than he bargained for – Cessna Caravan formation practice at 5000 and 12,000 ft.
Our newest skydiver Lindsay Spencer also did Stage 1 of his AFF Course. Our local regular fun jumpers got a few jumps in too.

Saturday was also the day of Martin Klapper’s Big Ways: “We had 12 participants, got three jumps in, with Ben Nordkamp on camera and doing a great job. Many of our regular jumpers were there on the day, plus a few new faces. Welcome in particular to Doug Munford, Tibor Glesk and Jodie Prime, with Craig Kelly also joining us. Great job by Andy Pike organising the jumps and debriefs on the day.” Said Martin.

It was great weather and a great end to a good week.
Travis Rozario – First jump and was an amazing experience. The crew were very friendly and Adrian made the experience very enjoyable… (“and needs a pay rise”)
Major Rizwan Abdullah (3007511) – Amazing!!! Awesome experience being in Australia especially DZ Toogs.
Anika Vopel &Christine Carius – Awesome Team, great jumps, friendly, funny atmosphere. Thank you for everything. 🙂
Bill, Just a note to say thanks to you mate for your continued support it was a great trip. I would also like to bring to your leadership teams attention the exceptional support provided by Andy who did the tandem jump with a great friend of mine, Julie. To say Julie was petrified on the lead up to the big day would be a huge understatement. I had my doubts that she would actually exit on the day. I put her decision to exit firmly in the hands of Andy who excelled in calming her down, reassuring her whilst having a bit of a laugh along the way. The manner in which he guided her through what was to her a daunting task was oustanding to watch. He should be commended not only for his flight skills but also his raport and interaction with the customer. I was not surprised to find out he had a military background. Ramblers should be proud to have such fine men on their books as you and Andy, Bill.
