Action-Packed Skies: Who Took the Leap?

It was another epic week at the drop zone, and the skies were buzzing with excitement!

Kicking things off, Rusty completed their First Jump Course (FJC) theory class, taking the first step toward their skydiving adventure—welcome to the sport!

Our ongoing students made solid progress. Darienne and Samuel did their Stage 2. Jessie stepped it up to Stage 3, with Sebastian soaring through Stage 4. Siyu got into the groove at Stage 6, and Peter closed in on that licence at Stage 7. Stephen was right on track at Stage 8, while Matthew had a huge day, covering Stages 2 all the way to Stage 9, officially finishing his AFF Course – what a mission! And a massive congratulations to Jack, who also smashed Stage 9 and completed his AFF – an awesome effort from both of them!

Meanwhile, Jason, Steven, and Jack got back in the sky, shaking off the rust with their refresher jumps—nothing like a bit of freefall to get back into the swing of things.

Over in the B-Rel crew, Steven (twice!), Shakira, Jaide, Luke, Joshua, and Patrick fine-tuned their formation skills, levelling up their flying game with some quality air time. Our Coaches and Ramblers instructors were kept busy making sure everyone got the most out of their jumps, keeping the learning and progression flowing. Great work, team!

And let’s not forget last week’s Tandem thrill-seekers – Reece, Ashleigh, Tania, Jack, Nicolas, Hugo, Joanne, and Emma  all experienced the ultimate rush. Happy 18th Birthday to Emma! There was nothing quite like that first step out the door into the big blue!
