Drop Zone Action

The weather decided to be bad for majority of the week. Heaps of rain, bit of flooding and high winds meant we all had to stay on the ground for a few days. However, by the time Friday rolled around, it was MAGICAL weather, the best it has been for a while, light easterly winds, good temperatures, good skydiving weather. Boy it was a busy weekend for all our instructors and students, good work to all!

We started off the weekend with our newest students Carl, Rachael, and Nathan starting their Learn to Skydive course, with Josh and Luke doing a refresher.

On going Students were Simon AFF Stage 2, Carlos AFF 4, Georgi AFF 2 & 3, Steve AFF 5, 6 & 7, Harley AFF 4, 5, & 6, Rachael TAF1, AFF 2 & 3, Nathan TAF1, AFF 2 & 3, Carl TAF1, AFF 2, Eloy AFF 3 & 4, Zac AFF 4, 5, 6, & 7, and Steve AFF 8 & 9 – Congratulations to all!

Our B-Rel Students were Jared B-Rel 1 & 2, Nick B-Rel 2, Adam B-Rel 5, Alex B-Rel 6, Josh B-Rel 4 & 5, and Charleen B-Rel 6.1

And a warm welcome to the skies to all our Tandem passengers – Varinder, Jaspreet, Dominic, Deepu, Kim, Alan, Ben, Cameron, Griffin, Michael, Thomas, Jay, and Seth.

Need a jump buddy?

And if you have finished your training and you are looking for someone to jump with, let manifest know and they will put you in contact with our Load Energiser, who will either jump with you, or match you up with a jump buddy. No charge. All you pay for is your own jump slot.

As a SCUBA Instructor, I'm watchful for safety and professionalism in other extreme sports and the staff, buildings, equipment, plane and even other customers at Ramblers all gave me a feeling of safety and comfort in addition to being genuinely welcoming as newcomer to their sport. If you haven't been and have been wanting to skydive - this is a GREAT place to start your newest addiction. : )
