Drop Zone Action

Hey Hey skydiving people. Well what a great week we had. Beautiful weather and I mean ‘Awesome’ blue skies all week. It was a chilly start to the mornings, but temperatures warmed up during the day. We had a good turnout for midweek fun jumps and new faces onsite, even the swoop pond got some use in. The weekend shaped up fantastic with The Flying Nachos running an angle camp – “LETS GO NACHOS!”. The Nachos provided excellent coaching and an even better Trivia night with lots of goodies handed out. Chris organised a last-minute Star Crest event for Saturday, which also proved popular.

New students for the week were Keegan and Gauthier. Our ongoing students for the week were Dakota, Diana, Daniel, Finn and Jordan, who continued through their AFF Courses. Certificate B training B-Rel jumps were done by Bayley (x4), Thomas (x3),  Ashton and Scott. And we welcomed our newest Tandem skydivers Hayden and Alex – big High-Fives, we look forward to seeing you coming back for more.

Nacho Camp

“The event was a great success. We had 21 participants with 6 coaches (Alvaro, Claudio, Alberto, Giovanni, special guests Kurt Cooper and Dominic Marchisotti. We did 5 jumps on Saturday and 5 jumps on Sunday. We had Nacho Trivia on Saturday night which everyone enjoyed. Some people got their level 1 belly sign off and everyone flew very safe and had lots of fun.”
