Hunter – 400th Jump


Monday 28th February – was not a good start to the jumping week. There was no jumping due to weather.

On Tuesday 1st March – in spite of the water situation 11 jumpers took to the skies and 4 loads were done. Students Marlon M and James L did Stage 1 of their AFF Course.

B-Rels and some fun jumping also happened.

Wednesday was much better.  Marlon M did AFF Stage 2 and James L did Stages 2 & 3.  There were 13 jumpers on 14 loads.

Thursday  and Friday  saw some keen die-hards have a go. There were 2 jumpers on 1 load each day!


At last some blue skies on Saturday! There were 42  fun jumpers here and 9 loads were done. Our only Tandem for the day was Shaan K C Van de G.  Michael McC did Stages 5, 6 & 7 of his AFF Course and some B-Rel coach jumps were done.

Sunday was a bit weathered out. Luckily we got our Tandems done. Megan L, Mia R, Catherine W, Nicole B & Seth C all got their knees in the breeze. There were 22 jumpers here but only 2 loads took to the skies.

It was instructor John H’s last day with us and he and Georgie are headed for New Zealand. You will be missed.
