Monday 23rd September – A slowish start to the skydiving week. Today we had Luke Tomkins and Alexis Aberdeen who completed a Tandem jump with instructors Darren and Sara. Justin Price and Cooper McClymount returned and did some fun jumps.
Tuesday 24th – Colin Gaudry dropped by for a Tandem with Adrian. The AFF instructor course was in full swing with Robin, Oli and Johnny all doing their practical lessons today.
Wednesday 25th – Maria Rau come out to do a refresher after a 7year gap – welcome back. The new AFF instructors powered thru their AFF training. The local crew kept the plane full today. Nothing happened on Thursday.
Thursday 26th – nothing happened.
Friday 27th – Benjamin Hoiberg came out for a Tandem with Darren. Chris Tennie did B-Rel 1 with Darren. It was a great day, lots of fun jumpers here. Only 5 loads for today, but they were fun loads.
Saturday 28th – A beautiful start to the morning. We got a few loads in before the afternoon storms hit. The DZ is now looking very green. Chris was back in the air working towards B-Rel 3 with Darren. Brandon completed a refresher jump with Adrian.
Sunday 29th – It was another great day. There were a few tandems today were Ben Sippel, Judy Groom, Michael Groom, Jason Schmidt, Abigail Schultz. New students Brad Fitzwater and Clinton Howard did Stage 1 of their AFF Courses, Jarrod Potter did Stages 6, 7 & 8 and Adam Young did a Refresher. Then we did a NIGHT Tandem load, straight after sunset. It was fantastic. Josh Gray and Jade Butterworth were the culprits! 12 funtastic loads flew today.
I'm a new jumper and it was heaven on earth for me!
